★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined for shorthand and typing. I had a very brief discussion with them about my time schedule and that I'm joining both classes at the same place because of timing issues. At first, all the people there showed a lot of concern and promised me every support.
On the second day of typing, they dismantled all their computers saying that they are shifting and till the 10th-12th day, they didn't have their computers installed. One fine day, Meera ma'am, the owner, I guess, asked me to join some other class and that they'll adjust my remaining fee. Due to the same time schedule problem, I asked them to refund the fees which i have paid for typing because clearly, I didn't attend the class for more than one day and that they could've told me at the time of joining that they would be shifting their institute and that I can join typing later once they're done with shifting. I completed one month of shorthand but they haven't refunded any fee and it is practically not possible for me to go to two different places for two classes which I tried my best to make them understand. When i asked what should I do, the respected Meera ma'am asked me to go to the court and file a case.
Really very disappointed and I feel cheated as shifting is not a short term plan and that they could've simple informed me beforehand that they would be shifting on the very second day of my joining. If anybody can help, please do.
Update: To the administration who've checked their records, kindly provide an email address so that I can send the fee receipt. Also, you didn't provide any ID Card.
Update(2): I have sent the fee receipt but haven't recieved any response from your side.
Update (3): It has been three days I have sent them the receipt and they haven't responded to mail.
Update(4): I've paid one month fee for two courses. one has been completed and for the other, only one day class was given. The delay in review is because of I was asking you people in person about the refund to which you haven't paid any attention and told me to file a case in the court. Try having a better communication system. Thank you. May my money give the best to you. :)

I suggest you to please first go there and then evaluate this academy from other institute. there are many worker of other institute which use negative feedback against this institute to take admission in Laxmi Nagar. I am also a victim of that negative feedback but I believe in myself so I want to decide went there and I found opposite from the feedback which gave to me.

I want to share my experience with you I am also a student of Vidhyapeeth Academy branch Laxmi Nagar. I join this academy for Stenography and typing. My experience with this academy is great with the owner Meera mam who is very polity and ready to help in nature. The facility of Vidhyapeeth Academy in study is very good. I complete my typing course and my speed in typing is 40+ and my stenography study is continue with this institute. I suggested every body who want to clear his/her typing test can join this academy because the study process is very good just after 4-5 days you feel you move towards your speed in typing. You can learn very easily because there is no any typing software use in typing classes only manual classes. There are many typing institute in Laxmi Nagar who use typing software like Typing Master which is not compatible for typing classes they only fool you. There is a lot of student with me who came for typing and Stenography. I made some friends also who name are Charu, Sanjay, Anjali, Gaurav, Kajal, Lalit, Manpreet etc.
Friends, I clear my CHSL exam typing with the help of this academy and the fee structure is very low so you can easily afford that fee.
Friends, In stenography class there is an issue with Steno mam Shivani mam who taught us stenography. So I decided to compliance regarding Stenography classes first of all I feel fear to say about shivani mam than I told the whole story to Meera Mam before that time I didn't know the nature of Meera Mam. They call to Shivani Mam and ask her what is the problem with me and solve the problem after that they provide us another teacher of stenography(10 Years experience is teaching) who is best from Shivani Mam. Now I am very happy with this institute and after that incident I found that this is the only institute where your all problem are to heard and also solve them doesn't mean what they are.
In Delhi there are many institute like Paramount, KD Campus, Carrier power, BSC academy, Competition Adda and many more small institute where your problem has no mean for them after giving money they have no responsibility for your study.
for any suggestion: you can go Vidhyapeeth Academy because only they can give you best advise also.
