★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience from its branch Bidya sagar. Customer are not treated well. Need another book store in Bhawanipatna who would respect customers. I’m here at the store at 9:00 PM and they are open still they say the store is closed. Utterly disappointed with the service. And this is not the first time it happened.
