No one can please all, but dont make him frustrate.

We went.to take book set he is very polite and speak and help.
Over all my experiance was very good to buy the the books from this shop.
It is in royal tower maker when you enter Shipra sun city from gate 3 you can see the shop on first floor after walking 100mtrs inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuesday closed. They need to handle the books distribution properly, mismanaged, parents are sufferers. Pressurises parents to buy complete set of books & stationary. Some parents have books already with them of previous year which are valid for this year also, why they need to buy some books again.

They don't have any basic knowledge to handle and control the customers.
And even no educate how to talk others.
My experience was too bad when I brought the book of my child and they called me four rounds to complete my syllabus books and I saw so many over there like me.
I also complained to IPS School but no action taken against them..
