★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a very bad experience. My wife stitched few dresses with them . She gave few dress materials for that.
problems
1) dress material meant for stitching special dress was stitched as kurti and the one meant for kurti was dressed as something else. worst part Ladies tailor who took the measurement and order was not ready to accept that they have done any human error for days. Latter on insisting we were shown bad attitude to return and take the money back
2) overcharging price: Initially price mentioned at the beginning was 450/500 per dress latter it was increased to 1000 on some excuse that some additional work is done in one dress. How come the price became double ? Increase by hundred or two is understandable but double ?
3)Dress material was very expensive .initially 3 dress were stitched instead of 4 as requested and excuse was given latter there was not enough dress material on further insisting we were returned the left over dress material with which we stitched two small dressed. The ladies tailor willfully did not not mention to us that we have left over dress materials .
4)late delivery : I had to go their shop again and again for delivery pickup. they were not ready even after 2 days of scheduled delivery dates and there was no courtesy to inform customer about delay in advance. As per them, its ok for them if customer comes goes back from the shop and come again latter on another day.
This is the most unprofessional boutique. I will not recommend this to any one. My wife was very stressed
