★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are apartments located in Rohini sector 9.. Opposite to Gurdwara and Shiva temple.this society has 24 hours security guard and located near rohini west metro station..Not only t is one market adjacent to it..But also within 2kilometres there is one hospital.

Nearest metro station is around 1 km and Japanese park is also within radius of 500 meters. Also market and everything is there on walking distance.
Low maintenance charges. Nice people around inside the society.
Around 13 years old construction.
If you have budget of 1.25cr and additional renovation of around 10-50 lakh as per your pocket. Must go for this society.
