★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My child has been studying in this school since he was 3 years old. One of criteria was to send him to a school where he learns while having fun. We had already visited a few schools before visiting Vidyaramba and we were not getting satisfied.
The principal, Zaheera ma'am is a very kind lady. She took us to the floor where Montessory kids learn. My wife and I were not aware of the Montessory system. She explained to us how they let the child find out what they want to do, let them explore by themselves and then teachers aid to hone that skill. They let the kids mingle with other age groups which help them socialize and learn. You could see her eyes spark when she explains the teaching method which shows the passion and dedication she has towards imparting quality education.
By the time we got out of the school, we were certain that our child will be admitted here and till date (my son just completed 3rd std) we have been extremely satisfied.
During his Mont days (first 3 years), the focus had been on letting the child explore what interests him and teachers aid him in going deeper. The focus on building sensory based learning ensures that my son had always been looking forward to having fun in the school.
The emphasis on phonetic based spellings, building vocabs, inculcating reading habits, relating all the learnings to real world has helped my son develop exploratory skills.
Also, every child is given personal attention and a customized learning as per child's interest.
In all, I have been extremely satisfied with the school, the teachers who are very kind and take time out to tell the parents on what child has been learning and what we can do.
During Corona times, the online classes were conducted very well, every class was further divided into smaller groups so that adequate attention to each child could be provided for online classes as well.
Thanks to Zaheera maam, Samira ma'am, Deepa ma'am, Prachala ma'am, Rajwshwari ma'am, Zubeida ma'am and also some of the teachers who are not there any more (Maithili ma'am, Sheila ma'am, Indu ma'am) who have played a key role in my son's development.
I am really glad that we took the right decision to admit our son in this school.
We highly recommend this school if you are a parent who are looking for all round development of your child and want to build the strong educational foundation for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my children studied here and not a day goes by when I do not thank the school for foundation they have laid for my kids. Vidyaramba is a true Montessori school in that everything from sciences to languages and math naturally is hands-on learning through the extensive learning kits they have. As a result, the concepts are well ingrained before the children read about it in books.
The fact that the school is also a training ground for teachers in the Montessori method of teaching is proof of the quality of the teachers.
