★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely ignorant and rude staff they have....I have never ever seen a shop in which the employees behave in such an irritated manner as if they are doing any favor by sitting there on the customers who approach this shop. They hardly bother what customers want. They don't even know their own norms which you would find printed on every bill which you get from here. I wanted to exchange a book which I have purchased from here and I went to the shop within 3 days time as it was written on the bill that exchanges can be made only within 3 days from the day on which the actual purchase has taken place but these employee just refused to do so... Arree if you don't want to do that then why have you written like that in the bill??? Just wastage of time ...better u approach any other shop than this or else if u do so, they will simply irritate u.
