★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Historic place. Pandit Ishwar Chandra Vidyasagar used to stay there. But it is not a museum. Not maintained properly also. It's given to IGNOU. It is the IGNOU study centre no 2827D. As a study centre this place is good, as very quiet and cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This house is a sacred pilgrimage to those whoever know the contribution of pandit Ishwarchandra Vidyasagar to the world.. This man with an awful towering personality lived here and breathed his last...
Now a training centre and girl's hostel are situated here...anyone can visit this serene beautiful place within working hour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the teachers and staffs are excellent . Here I want to mention the name of a faculty DKD Sir, I have completed my MSW under his excellency and I am very thankful to him. The environment of this place is very Calm and Peaceful. This IGNOU Study Centre also known as Vidyasagar Women College.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a peaceful place. Here one can get a lot knowledge about Ishwarchandra Vidyasagar. It consists of a museum and a women's college. A great historical place. This is the Kolkata residence of Vidyasagar near sukea street at north kolkata.
