★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulted Dr. Tekale for high fever which I was having for continuous 2 days, Dr. Tekale quickly understood the symptoms and he dint give any unnecessary medicine for that day but just given one injection for fever and suggested for blood test for Dengue. And later next morning report came +ve & I was diagnosed with Dengue. After that Dr. Tekale gave some Ayurvedic medicine and suggested for CBC test till one week. And within 5 days my platelets again came to normal and fever completely gone. Thanks to Dr. Tekale for his quick diagnosis and treatment for Dengue otherwise this could have turned into hospitalisation. He rightly suggested fresh papaya leaves juice if I could find any for platelets which I managed thankfully and helped immensely. I will recommend Vighnaharta clinic and Dr. Tekale. He is very polite and very good physician.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had covid19 (I was corona positive) i was in vary bad condition, wasn't able to breath sometimes I won't able to climb one single stair as I had serve chest infection. But Dr. Param helped me alot in those times. I must thank him and recommend him to you all. His friendly nature is great. He always motivated me. His skills and his treatment is great. Keep it up Dr Param. The best doctor in wakad area I must say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Parmeshwar is our family doctor since last 5 years. He is really a very good doctor. His diagnosis is really good and is always very positive by which the patient gets a sureity that he is going to get well very soon.
My mother in law had covid last year and was very serious but due to his presence of mind and confidence, his treatment saved her.
The charges are reasonable and affordable to all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review after one year of multiple visits. All my family members have visited this clinic. He is one of the best doctors in the area. He understands the patient's concern fully, talks very politely and provides genuine advise. The best thing about doctor is he believes in natural treatment. With medicines he also suggests home remedies which rarely any doctor does.
He has now become our family doctor :) Even in odd hours he picks up phone and provides suggestion which again is best thing about him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all a good guy he is a corrupted doctor is not even doctor is just placing 500 rupees just for check up, if you get a covid-19 don't even think to go to his clinic because I made the mistake to take my grandma to his clinic and he was charging 1200 rupees per day of just for saline and saying "please give me money everyday and on time" and he was saying don't give to eat and my grandma was getting a loose motions and he was saying that's a good thing but that was not a good thing her health was very worse when we saw her after 2 days she was not able to breathe and then my my parents admitted her in a hospital. And after 2 months on 21st November my grandma died on a bed. And this guy didn't even called us.
