β β β β β The construction is quiet new and the housekeeping of society is very nice. Adjacent to Highway and have lots of shops and utility stores along road.

β β β β β Don't trust on above reviews, all these are estate agents of Warje area. To be honest this is good project but biggest issue is rahul constructions office staff mainly Mr. Jadhav , this person is extremely rude and adamant. I am not sure why does such person appointed in such big project.
Apart from that, loading/unloading is another big issue in this project, they have 35-40% loading which gives you lesser carpet area and higher price. Rest seems good!

Huge loading-unloading (35-40%) , and D6 and D7 buildings are constructed completely incorrect way, both buildings are constructed back-to-back, hence all backside flats of D6 and front flats of D7 are having major issue of light and ventilation. Also, builder is asking for huge amount for parking and club house / children play area which are constructed 5 year back , not now, it is not legle.
Not worth spending money here.

β β β β β One of the best societies in Warje area of Pune. All the buildings have good flats and the crowd is too good. Neighbourhood is enjoyable. Lies at a location to be able to access different parts near Pune city easily by avoiding the traffics. Proper electricity and water provision.

β β β β β It's a good society. With all the amenities like swimming pool, lift, wheelchair entrance, first 2 floors only for the members parking. And they also have visitors parking. It's a highway touch location

Plus there's a whole marketplace built around it, Subway, Vegetable market, chat corners, sweet shops etc.

β β β β β Beautiful place to live. Great natural beauty. Soothing and refreshing atmosphere. The apartments are very spacious and cozy. Ample amenities like club house, swimming pool, gym, games, jogging track, children's play area, etc. 24 hrs electricity, water and Internet. Welcoming people. Easily accessible. All required stores are very near. All in all perfect place to live.
