This building have 11 floors. That are divided between different departments of Delhi Police.
In Floors 1-4, you will find Barakhamba Road Police Station.
In Floors 5-7, there is Delhi Police Vigilance office.
Rest are left for Departmental Enquiry Cell, Delhi Police.

Write your complaint on a A4 size sheet in any language.
Attach any substantial evidence with the complaint and file it in letter box addressing --
"Special CP/Vigilance,
Police Headquarters, Delhi-110002"
Please don't go there personally. You will be disappointed after watching the way they treat the public.
And their are lacunae in every system. So here in vigilance office the action-reaction ratio is 50:50.

Plz conduct a raid at customs office at New Delhi international airport where innocent passengers are being pulled out and being harassed by customs for money. Indian customs and ground staff for various airline take you in on a pretext of random checking where they get harassed to bribe them or they will detain them
