★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had buyied LG TV from here and they commited the installation to be done the next day. But the other day no one turned up . After calling up they are giving all kind of excuse and telling you follow up with LG.
Really if i know such servuce they provide i woyld have never buyied anything from here.
Very Pathetic Experience. Please don't buy anything from here .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited second time to vijay nagar branch store salesman contradict on there on they don't have any idea about the single product and no professionalism " every time you visit takes 1hr of our time and you must have google about product" words of senior sales man, If you want to get confused then do visit store :)
Advice to management- conduct training to employees and brief knowledge about the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there to buy telivision. Staff was good and they suggested us vey well unlike other showrooms who just wants to sell there products anyhow. There's huge variety of products are available like telivision, refrigerator, microwave,mobiles etc.Offers are available on regular basis apart from credit cards and other finance offers . Due to current pandamic situation all the necessary safety measures were taken by the staff members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO ETHICS. Bad Experience - TWICE. Do not fall for their pre-sale commitments.
Bought a 33 thousand Samsung Fridge - they sent a damaged one. REFUSED to send a new unit. Did not share the bill for more than 24 hours - so that I cannot lodge a complaint with Samsung.
Earlier I bought a 25 thousand Sony Surround sound - booked an installation and demo 9 months ago. No Action taken. Do not Waste your money here. Go to better shops.
