For last few months very dirty water is coming, owner is not getting water tanks cleaned.
Also, very dirty building, no cleaning of lift or stairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud in electricity bill and rent. Owner only accepts cash for rent and electricity bill, electricity bill is very high, they manipulate the meter to extort more money. If you raise voice they threatens to beat you by goons.
Stay away from this building.

Shoe stolen but building owner told we don't care if anything happens here apart from rent.
Cctv is installed only to avoid files.never working
They are saying 24/7 generator but every time no diesel..
