Especially if you want food items to be sent to your family abroad, they are just in a buzz distance. I was really surprised and happy to see my parcil full of lovely food from India safely on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service ever in my life. No customer service at all. No tracking number will be given. If you lost your item, they say they are not responsible. I will share my experience here. I have sent a courier from Vijayawada to Delhi. After 4 days also the courier is not received at receiver side. Then on 5th day receiver got a call from random person and that person told that he found our parcel on road side and he is calling us by seeing the phone number on parcel. I asked the same thing to company person who sent the courier in Vijayawada. That person irresponsibly answer me that they are not responsible. They will simply say, we will raise a complaint and let’s wait. I personally do not recommend this courier. They are complete fraud third party service. So much better if we directly goto postal service or professional companies like dtdc. If you are ok with your item lost or damaged, then please goto this courier. I’m warning you here, those guys are really rude to people. Especially that lady in reception.
