Extremely small place to look for. There is no place to sit. Wherever you see crowd in Ambedkar chowk in the morning, thats Vijay dosa centre!
Quick service. Hot servings. Tasty bites. Hence Crowded.
Must try.

Till 7:15 am, they're usually readying the idli and wada setup.
From 7:15 to 7:30 am, there's not much action (best time to eat here)
After 7:30 am, it's pandemonium. The place gets so crowded, you could have to wait 10 minutes for your order.
And it's worth the wait. Their food is so good, I've eaten here 7-8 times in the last month. Their masala contains more chillies than the regular joint, and they also add a brown powder (not sure if molga podi) in their dosas. Their tasty hot sambhar further acts as a saviour in these 'harsh' Pune winters.
My recommendation: Maisur Dosa, Wada Sambhar.
