Maintained Roads and Buildings.
Calm Place in Crowded City.
Just a bit away from Thane Railway Station.
But Public and Private Transportation is available frequently.
Now Metro Work is also in Progress which will overcome this problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Vijay Nagari Annex "buildings are constructed after vijay Nagari buildings. Vijay Nagari annex building are quite New as compared to vijay Nagari. Most of vijay Nagari buildings are nearing to redevelopment as it is of old design and old buildings too. However vijay Nagari annex bldg s are well maintained and still look new . Vijay Nagari annex building 2324 is water authority behind water tank and 4 story ones. 23 and 24 together as a society and is at the corner plot. It has a small garden and in front lot of greenery too. Very quiet and cool place to live.
