★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked the packers from Gurgaon to Ambaji.
The truck was heavily loaded. It could only accommodate goods of 3 houses but it was loaded with 4 house items.
Many items got damaged including computer table, crockery. When called the agent he said sir table can be fixed by paint and polish we have carpenter in our office who does this job daily. When i asked for claim then he was like will speak to claim department but cannot guarantee. And till date the agent has not reverted me back with claim status.
He brought very less lamination film which got over at home only and many items were left. When i asked him what about lamination of remaining cartons and bedding so he said he will laminate it in office but unfortunately no item was found laminated.
Very poor service. Would not recommend it to anyone.
Choose other service providers like Gati. They are better.
