Especially the guy called Ranveer he do not have the minimum courtsey to speak to a customer. They won't give you any information unless to follow up multiple times.
This guy Ranveer literally started abusing me when I called him to get information on the shipment. I wish I could translate all the conversation I had with him and the arguments ?.
They just hand over the shipment service to a third party shipment service called Gati.and they don't even care about what happens next. The rule there is you cannot call them for any follow up. You are on your own. I was lucky that I got my item safely.
My experience was extremely bad with these people especially Ranveer I don't know what is his position there.
No offence on Gati- lately but they had responded politely and patiently as and when I asked for.
