★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars IMO. Unprofessional, rude staff. They have absolutely no manners. Used to be a regular customer but I’m so put off by their aggressive way of speaking and never delivering anything on time.
I really hope that stores like this realise that if they don’t start speaking with basic respect to the customer they will soon shut down.
Disgusting attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. They dont know how to take orders and keep making staffing excuses. "Delivery boy ne phone uthaya. He doesnt know how to take order". Apparently delivery boy doesnt know how to transfer the phone to someone who can and the owners dont know how to train the most basic things in their staff. I get transferred to 3 different people to order just 2 things. AND I could hear them criticising me from behind (Kaun hai woh? Kyo bol rahi hai? kya problem hai uska?) and then claiming 'we dont know what you're talking about' when i told them i could hear what they were saying!!! A bunch of liars with bad manners and upbringing calling themselves business owners.
And when I told them they should train their staff better, not criticise the paying customer and informed them that they won't be tipped for bad service, they start acting like they're offended. 'My boys dont work for tips" says the third guy. They can't decide whether they're running a business or charging for their their egos which is masking their unprofessionalism. Inability to take constructive feedback and constantly complaining about staff problems - I mean why dont they just open a store in Jharkhand. We dont tolerate this nonsense in Bombay.
They think because they cater to a Bandra crowd of expats and celebs that they can do whatever the hell they want. This behaviour wont be tolerated.
