Infront of customers they remove the price tag of product and increase the price after selecting product.
It happened with me they removed the price tag after selecting Amazon fire stick. And increased the rate from 2300 to 3999.
Un updated staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ okay okay consumer service. the salesperson kept on recommending just one product which we clearly didn't want to purchase and it was mildly infuriating. also there was some issue (which wasnt our fault) during diwali sale and we couldnt get a proper discount
a plus point is that the rates were lesser than other sellers and after sale service is okay too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vijay sales have the fastest delivery and have amazing offers. I brought Samsung A series phone which was available on the Vijay sales site at the rate of Rs.22,000. The payment process was quite impressive and fast. I had chosen the mode of payment from the debit card but want a little more improvement in voucher facilities for more products. Overall, it was a good experience.
I was searching for more deals like this but there were only a few more options for the phone, I guess more enhancement should be there. The description and the specifications that were written on the Vijay sales site gave a good sight of what the product item has. The best part about ordering from Vijay sales was that they provided me with free shipping and there were no extra charges at all. All I had to do was to provide the pin code details and pay for the product item and the order was done. It was as simple as that.
My overall experience with Vijay sales has been great and I will definitely refer Vijay sales to others.
