★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a regular buyer at Vijay Sales. But since last 10 months their customer service has drastically declined. Their prices are not attractive anymore neither do Vijay Sales keep a selection of items. When asked on a certain brand ... reply is .. it's discontinued. How come this reply ..when stores such as Croma & Reliance Digital keep many competitive brands. Not happy at all with VS. Did not buy anything. They need to revamp their customer service & keep more brands in store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience while evaluating AC. People seem too busy and do not spend much effort in explaining the product. Price is also higher than in Reliance Digital which is around 1km away from there. They also give wrong quotations and later refuse to honour the quoted price by simply saying that there was a mistake. (The guys in audio/ portable speaker area are quite good, unlike the AC guys)
