★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big thank you to the dependable customer support provided by Vijay Sales. I got a faulty cooler from Kenstar. Vijay Sales was quick to ensure the cooler is looked and replaced. They also have me an option of replacing with any cooler of my choice. I placed an order for a new Symphony cooler which was delivered in a day. Unfortunately this cooler also had fault in its swing feature. Upon contacting Vijay Sales customer support they were quick to replace the cooler with a new one yet again. As a retailer there is not much you can do when it comes to product quality checks (which should ideally be done at by the manufacturer). But the customer support is what matters and why you should purchase all electronics from Vijay Sales. No other retailers would have gone out of their way to resolve my issue as patiently as Vijay Sales did. I big thank you to Kishore and the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased fridge with exchange. But later changed my mind to give the old in exchange. When the godown person called for delivery I told them that plz convey these that I don't want to exchange old. He said I'll come to your address and then I will call the manager. Delivery boys came opened the fridge and asked for the older fridge, was shocked, but then told them the story, they called the manager don't know who, he said mam you can't change it now, you must have to exchange. I asked him for more option not to give the old. But he denied. And asked me to cancel. So shocking for 1000 rs exchange which sales person will cancel 28000 deal. Thought h as a fool and then canceled the fridge, went to the showroom they guided and cooperated for the return. But instead they would have given me the fridge.

Like it specifically for the customer service - which is otherwise lacking on the online platforms. I like it better than other competitors in the segment - the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, not just trying to sell stuff randomly but actually suggesting what suits your need.
Delivery and installation is quick - for us, it has always been within 1-2 days of the purchase.
Go for it if you don't mind paying a little extra as compared to the online deals, for a peace of mind later!!
