Not a single person tell you about the product details.??????????? Want to buy anything just go croma far better than vijay sales customer service

I visited the store to buy inverter AC but when the ill mannered sales men ( a chasmish guy) he said i won't give you inverter AC as inverter AC are not suitable for top floor. Seriously after listening this logic , i was shocked . I would suggest the owner of this shop to please give some training to your staff and tell them that inverter AC is new technology and completely suitable for top floor also seriously .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is lax, most of them aren't willing to help, and like to push products which the buyer might not want.
Only reason I used to go to them was that I could get a GST invoice. Now with amazon business account of my firm, even that issue is sorted.
Plus compared to online stores they don't have all the range which one would want.
All in all, I'll surely be giving a miss to them from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to buy electronic home appliances, Laptop, smart Mobile phone with discount as per applicable, Bajaj finance emi available, can park with out side but not on main road as toaway zone bring care at your risk. But has good staff that reverts instantly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomorrow want to buy a tv then i decided to go there and saw the TV's there ... And ask them to show me the lastest one but they said they have only old models ..
And it will take 2 to 3 month to get new model TV ... So my expectations were not good as i thought

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not had a good experience as the attendants hardly pay any attention towards the customer. Visited thrice for a single product. The product was not described well. So visited another store of Vijay sales and picked up the same product after being well explained by them. Store has no doubt a large variety of products but unfortunately staff is not generous enough..... The owner of the store needs to pay attention.
