No value of commitment, no value for customers and there time.
It was my worst decision that i paid in advance for AC to them..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so mch gadgets.. Staffs are ok , Purchased Split AC from here and they delivered 1.5 ton outdoor unit with 1 ton indoor,, although after complaint they exchanged it within an hour..So as per customer satisfaction it is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered AC. Received product in damaged boxes after making full payment. But the team at Rajapuri outlet was responsive and had it replaced. It gave unnecessary tension, which could have been avoided in the first place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really wrost and bad service from Vijay sales. This is my most of the big mistake in my life that I have purchased my laptop from the madhu vihar store of Vijay sales on 13/oct/2021. At the time of purchase, Vijay sales's employee had told me about a offer. In which I will received rs 3500/- Vijay sales voucher and RS 1500/- in bajaj finserv wallet But still no confirmation by message and Vijay sales employees. I didn't receive anyone till yet. I have gone many times on madhu vihar store of Vijay sales but they said i will confirm you on call and on call. That employee does block to me. What is this. What services you are giving and have given to me? Because you had told me at the time of that offer If I don't receive that offer and you refuse to give me that offer lest i will go through the police and consumer court. I can't visit daily daily at your store. I am really frustrated from these type of services. Change in your behaviour and control to your employee. Please.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was worst experience as Vijay sales is not known to it I was there to buy a product and they literally started forcing that don't but it and not just one 2 staff members were there told that this company is not good you should buy other company product while it had more better features on paper which I wanted to buy
I wanted to give one star but due to my previous experience I am giving 2 stars
I don't know maybe Vijay sales had made enough of his name in market and now it is not like old.
Let's see if I get a chance to shop from Vijay sales again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a electronic super market. All consumer electronics are available. Prices of all goods are competitive. They help customers by providing financial assistance from bank and nbfc if required. Very good and well behaved staff. The assist customers by delivering bulky products at home. It's located on main road.parking available for two wheeler customers and for four wheeler customers there is not ample space. However, one can park four wheeler at the edges of the service road at their own risk. This road is mostly congested due to high traffic of the area . Transportation is not an issue at this location as all kinds of vehicles like auto, taxi, goods taxi and all sorts of vehicles are always easily available nearby here. Liked it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Vijay Sales of over a year have been too good. In addition to a range of products, staff is very cooperative. They try to meet your requirements, in the event any item is unavailable, they arrange it through their system and help. Let us not forget to name the Manager Mr Ravi who is leading the store from front & making things happen. Also another name is Deepak whom I dealt with, very cooperative.Overall experience till date is very satisfying. With best wishes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have so much time for arguments and don't have time value then purchase any product from this store. They claimed that they are providing best price but after same they don't behave like they are had purchased an air conditioning unit from this store the product was delivered in damaged condition.
I had called so many times on store number they were not picking the call after that I have called one of the executive that is present in the store, he said please call again on the same now they pick the call i had informed to the operator about the product damage.
He told me that we have 48 hours to install your AC unit so it will be installed in given time. First all they should know if technician has already present on the vanue and he has already scheduled there visit from company and your not delivered your product in good condition, then why you are claiming that the unit will be installed in 48 hours after the delivery.
Finally I got a call from Mr. Vivek Store manager there as he said to me i have requested them to replace it today earlier so that can install today just because 3 people are working for the same, he has told me that just pay the installation amount to the technician will replace your ac today technician told me that will come when it replaced i had paid the amount to him.
Since morning I am taking the follow up from Mr. Vivek some he is not picking the call and if he picked up the call the delivery boy or rickshaw wala not present on the store even he is not scheduled the delivery yet he has taken approval to replace the unit in the morning so that is there after sales service.
I had bought so many products from Vijay sales but this happens first time with me with this store only.
Still he saying it will be replaced by today so i have to respect his order because I am begging for the product nice experience will not buy any product from this store again thank you.
