★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One my relative bought an AC from Vijay Sales, Rohini, Opposite M2K on cash payment, staff told him that till 5pm you you receive your product delivery,
After 5 pm when product not received he contacted to Sales person and sales staff given the no of delivery person, after that all the store no could not connect, delivery person not telling truth,
At 11:30 pm they received the product.
Now tell me if customer want to contact then how they can.
You receive payment means your work completed.
Too much pathetic service.
Croma is more better than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor after service. Ac installer tool installation charges. Took another Rs 400 for minor work then plugged Ac with normal current wire instead of power wire.for the same reason the ac is tripping continously.he refused to listen complaint. Also vijay sales is not picking phones. Who will wait for another one or two days to get it rectified. I will have to get it done by my private electrician. Will not recommend anyone to go to vijay sales

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like many store this company have in Delhi and elsewhere it has almost all varieties of electronic and electrical goods of various companies it is complete outlet for purchasing such items prices are competitive sell delivery and all other staff are good and well behaved. They have financing options also if any one is interested. Parking is issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 3 items from them out of which 2 items were delivered late. Their installation and demo services are very poor. I have been chasing them since a week for the demo of the product but no perfect response from their side.
Their prices might be good but services are terrible.

Staff is also polite and they also offer exchange and credit notes.shop is located at prime location but they don't have any parking.
