★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this outlet just now and my experience was unsatisfying and pathetic. I was there to purchase a Window AC but unfortunately none of the sales person was interested to help us with our purchase. Every other employee of Vijay Sales was busy with there mobile phones on something. No one was available to answer our queries. Whatever we asked, we got really poor responses as if we were there to buy the AC for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased an AC 5 days back and still waiting for company representative for fitting of same. Customer care of Vijay sale Sohna Chowk doesn't attend call at all. Pathetic experience. Management need to look in to this customer relationship seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought OnePlus Nord 2 5G Worth @ 35k, they didn't give any discount even they didn't allow us to unbox and check item before payment. While buying mobiles they don't have different variants of each device, their rates are more competitive as compared to offline stores and online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased 5 star rated split AC, at price of 40k, received 2020 model; while 2022 model was available at the same rate online. Had other problems earlier too, my 19k RO was not registered properly by Vijay Sales, and I have been facing issues in regular service/repairs form the company. I won't recommend this store. After buying multiple things from here, my actual after sales experience has been pathetic on all counts.

Also, please leave your customers for a while to have a glimpse of products on their own rather than the agent following you everytime.

Bought 4 items - Fridge, Washing Machine, Filter and Stove. Only stove turned out to be okay.
It's been more than 3 days, the FILTER has not been delivered. Fridge and Washing Machine were defective - had scratches and dents all over the body. While speaking to the representatives, they are trying to put the blame on us - saying you should have opened the pack when it was delivered. While very clearly the delivery team stated that installation team will open the package.
In last 3 days have spoken to more than 4 people with no resolution to our problems - just excuses, and attitude and blaming the customer.
While buying also, there were many red flags where the sale executives were openly pitching and trying to take away customer from each other.
My experience and suggestion henceforth for this BRANCH specially - never buy anything unless you're looking to throw your money down the drain or have enough patience and time to talk to Vijay Sales executives on a loop with bad attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i visted there to buy Galaxy Buds Pro. That time even amazon was not able to provide that price. I was so happy, than why 3 star.
1. It should be 10 min process. Took me whole 1.5 hour as they were not able to comnect the phone with internet. Somewhat is acceptable.
2. But standing half n hour for billing even there was no queue. 2 employees at the billing but only 1 was doing billing other said that he is doing a important work. No barcode scanners. They were feeding data manually. Not acceptable in a gadget store.
Lot of improvments needed in billing section.
If you are using google maps it will drop you near around 200 meters.
