★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst sales after service...Purchased voltas ac from here executive told you will be assigned 2022 ac model but not clarified outer ac unit will be 2022 and inner model will be 2021..Managers didn't accept the truth and enforced to take old model and denied to replace model..Their sales executive told within 2 days ac will be installed but till 1 week after multiple followup at their head office and also at voltas service center but no one came.They don't have any written policy for installation commitment then why give false commitment to customer.They sale product of their interest and after product delivery they do not have any concern about customer and ask for feedback weather installation completed or not etc..Product warrenty also expired for 7 days without any use.Vijay sales not interested for this because their product sold out.Customer has to represent his issue by themselves to respective service center.
Prefer not to buy a single thing from here.Don"t waste your hard earned money here instead prefer official show room of respective brand!!
