Report also already made and submitted by officers who came for demo. In spite of more then 10 follow ups, no action is being taken till yet.
IT automation is also not reliable, I had to waste mote then 45 minutes as data was not updated even after one week of purchase.
Quite unfortunate and unsatisfactory
