★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't book any tickets from them on any platform they are totally fraudsters I booked a ticket from them with redbus on 28 jan from Gurgaon to Lucknow they called me and told me bus is cancelled but they didn't cancelled it on redbus and not shared any info and told me they will refund amount in 24 hrs but now they denied to redbus that they didn't cancelled the bus and till now no money refunded

the bus never came to iffko chowk and got cancelled which I got to know when I got the number od driver after calling head office.
the person who is sitting at iffko chowk office refused to help and told that he has no idea about the bus and told me to check at head office.
the head office people said that your money will be refunded.
but doesn't it is your responsibility guys to inform the passenger in advance
pathetic service,
pathetic people who are sitting at call centre and at your iffko chowk office for coordination.
even I didn't get the mobile number of driver via sms and received message "your driver mobile number is 123"
I will definitely not leave it just by messaging here. I will take every possible action I need to take.
