★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very unpleasant experience with them. I needed a parcel sent from Mumbai to Goa. The entire process was very unprofessional. Even after enquiring about the rates in advance (on the same day) they were trying to charge a higher fare when the parcel was handed over. The parcel was dispatched and I was told that it would reach Goa at 10:00 am and I can collect it that time. The next day was an ordeal. When I called them I was told to come collect the parcel by 11:00 am but on reaching there I realised that that parcel hadn't been delivered yet. On calling them multiple times these guys just kept saying that the bus is on the way and should reach there shortly. The bus was delayed by over 4 hours but instead of giving us the right information they just kept us waiting. They refused to share the contact numbers of the driver or cleaner too even though I requested for the same on every call. After multiple demands for the number they gave me a mobile number which was switched off. Everytime I called them they had a new excuse why the bus hadn't reached and still refused to share contact details of the driver/cleaner. Finally 10 mins before the bus arrived I received the mobile number of the driver/cleaner. On answering the call instead of telling me where the bus reached the person asked me "Ye number kisne diya? Kaise mila number? Kahan se mila number?". So they fail to fulfill their commitment but it's the customer's fault for calling and questioning. When the bus arrived 4 hours late the driver/cleaner refused to handover over the parcel citing internal processes. It was after a lot of argument and more calls to the Mumbai office that they finally handed it over.
