★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent society with fine amenities. Neighborhood is better than most surrounding it. Most utilities are accessible since Lohegaon main road is a few feet away. Not sure about frequency of public transport though.
2bhk appartments from 900-1000 sq ft area and elevators in each wing, enough space between flats on each floor. A & B building are next to a community Hall which usually is hosting events hence could be a little noisy at times though C building is likely more spacious and distant from noise and populace which makes it a better deal, adding to the 10floors it has compared to 7 each in building A and B.
Middle income group residency with mostly owners occupying the flats currently (not sure of A&B). Security is decent. Builder/promoters have been cooperative, staff/coordinators/sales however needs to be pushed around at times to get the work done. Minus the covid conundrum, things were done in decent time.
