★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are some students from some colleges comes for the industrial training to this vijaysri company but they don't give training ...those employees are used this students for labour work by giving food..Is that's the way u guys deals with educated students.you have to explain everything about the subject practically and give proper knowledge about work..they only listen your words and silently does that work because they need your signature.please change your mindset if you are a human being or educated employer. .just change your rules..
