★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to COVID-19 we never went on our holiday. 'So why are you leaving a review?' you may be asking. The reason is twofold: firstly, the expertise, helpfulness and knowledge of the people at The JK Travels Company in Vijayawada was brilliant. It far surpassed my expectations and I'm sure that, had our holiday gone ahead, it would have continued in the same way. Secondly, when the trip was cancelled, they arranged a full refund of our deposit very quickly and without any hassle or questions. As we've all heard from media stories, that isn't the case with all travel companies!
Hopefully, when the COVID nightmare is a thing of the past, we'll be able to all think about holidays again. When that happens, we'll definitely be back in touch asking The JK Travels Company to jet us off to somewhere exotic!
