★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't service your bike there, actually I went there to change head lamp of fz ..so actual price of lamp is 130 rs and service charge is 280 rs...I buyed lamp from there and get changed from other they charge me 30 rs for that....and the height is that..they give me wrong lamp......if possible service your bike from monark Yamaha....it's good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took the AMC but still they have charged labour fee for all the parts which they suggested for replacement. Also some of the things was not an issue but they will include in your bill. The labour cost is thrice the part price. There was no use of the AMC card bought. Please do not visit this service center for your bike service instead go to local vendor or use go mechanic.

Because very bad service providing fro showroom and Servicing also
Only manager Sharad si good person who explain clearly providing well communication and service.
But Suraj Atul and Reception staff of Showroom and Service centre.
This is my 3rd servicing of bike very bad and Poor servicing from this service center.
Simply its bakwasssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!
Please Don't buy bikes in this showroom and don't take your bike to service bikes to this Showroom service centre.

Hence I have gone for my 1st service with VijayLaxmi yamaha. I am 100% satisfied with their service. They checked each & every details of bike & solved every problem of my bike.. - their behaviour and service was just awesome !
- they done all the legal paper works very quick !
- just book your bike, pay amount and then just go there at the date and rave your beast, and ready to ride !
- I don't have any experience with them about the service and other things, but I'm sure they will definitely give us the good service, if not I will be back here !
- if you guys are thinking to buy Yamaha bikes, then feel free to visit Vijaylaxmi Yamaha !

#1st service :-
- I found it little bit expensive as compare to other service centres
- The service guys - it will be good if they behave friendly with customers
- overall experience - ok
#2nd service :-
-experience with faculty - good
-TIME - minimum time ( as i go at morning )
-Pricing - Expensive even much high cost for lubing only
OVERALL EXPERIENCE - OK !
now reducing one star ( from 5 star to 4 star ) for there pricing !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service, they never fix the issue and charged you for unwanted part replacement.
They charged me around Rs. 3700 for servicing saying that they are replacing the front oil seals due to the leakage, but there is no leakage and the issues i have explained are as it is and now they asking to replace few other parts as well.
If your bike's free services is done, please look for a local bike services provider. they are more reliable and cost efficient.
and if you want to service your bike at yamaha only, please do the services in front of your eyes only.
