β β β β β Very worst service in all over the India. Employees behavior is very poor, they don't know how to deal with a customer. Please nobody purchase the vehicle from vikas auto two wheeler. Every employee is disturb you again and again and not any facility for the bike/scooty holder. Deals like an animal. I really disappointed with this showroom and service centre. They waste your whole day in one second.

β β β β β I am review 1 star because the google has to condition to minimum one star otherwise we have review zero star the employee of the vikas auto wheel are fake they call me when we complaint against services and when we call back they say it was not working in vikas auto wheel so it services are poor or bad and its employees are also fake and fraud if any one can purchase a new two wheeler then i suggest you to not purchasing the two wheeler from Vikas showrom

β β β β β The service is very bad and late in this showroom.I bought hero hf deluxe recently and we had to wait 4-5 hrs to see our booked bike.when we asked to staff where is the bike,Every time,staff said that your bike is coming from other showroom ,you have to wait for 10-15 minutes but they were always telling a lie to us.We are very unsatisfied with their service.
Pls I suggest to other customers,if you are going to decide to buy any bike from this showroom,pls make sure that you have more time before buying.

β β β β β The worst Hero motor cycle workshop I have ever visited till the date. I visited yesterday for getting my bike serviced. As there is high temperature, I asked for drinking water from staff. Staff pointed me the place for drinking water. I confirmed from different staff as the place was so dirty and unhygienic but all the staff pointed out the same place.
The place is even bad for washing hands. The picture attached.
Although, there is a so called canteen but there nothing for drinking and eating.
No proper sitting arrangement for visiting customers.
But yes, there is proper sitting arrangements and drinking water facilities at showroom area.
