Driver arrived two hours late. We had to wait with all our packed luggage on road for two hours.
Packaging was not done properly. A number of fragile items broke.
Added GST on the quoted charges.
Very worst quality and service. Sofas and mattress were not covered properly and due to that dust covered them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly not recommended. Business owner was greedy and unprofesstional. Send chota hathi instead of tempo or truck at 2 p.m. instead of morning. Packing material was not sufficient. Charged GST without prior information. Packing was not good, many items, got broken during shifting. Overall bad experience.

They didn't pack my things with proper packing material. Half of my things were delivered broken.
They charge a lot but if you are looking for safe and reliable service than Don't go for them

Misbehaves with customers .
Doesn’t handle the fragile stuff with care.
Don’t fall into the trap of advance payment especially with this agency.
You can see their packing sheets in the picture.
Even if your work is 99% complete do not pay any amount or the rest will never be done and you will be left to help yourself.

I have called various packers in Gurgaon but vikas packers offered the best price. Packing done was good in 3 layers.no goods was broken, really happy with the service
