★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged me for a sleeper bus and gave me a seater seat in some other bus. they also lie about the timing of the bus, they told me my bus from delhi to jaipur will come at 3 and then after arguing a lot they allotted me a bus at 5:00 pm.
they charge extra and lie a lot, it’s quite pathetic. do not book from this agency, better to book onli ne.

Good thing -
✔️bus was on time. We traveled from Delhi to Udaipur and it covered it within the estimated time of 12 hours.⏰
✔️?sleeper seats were good enough to accommodate a couple?
✔️traveling for the first time as a couple in a bus for such a long journey, i was sceptical of the safety aspect, but that never felt like an issue during the trip?
Not so good thing -
❌ the bus was not clean ?️
❌ Did not stop at points with good locations suited for girls to go to washrooms ?
? Pro tip- instead of red bus try and contact them directly for better seats.

In spite of inform to bus operator and conductor they didn't wait only for 5 minutes.
Even I had a word with the concern person regarding 5 minutes late coming and they agreed for the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vikas travels is a decent bus travel agency. I went from Rajasthan to Delhi in a sleeper class and the bus was a little noisy but cozy . They have a charging point on every seat and wifi ( I didn't use it so not sure if it's functional) which is a good thing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Luxury type Sleeper bus, one can enjoy the 15 hours journey. But i would suggest not to travel with the family rather take a train or a flight as Bus Tickets price is almost about Rs. 1100 and a 15-16 hours journey with no washrooms. So rather take a flight of 1hour 30 minutes with a price range of Rs. 2500 approximately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have booked tickets from delhi to ahmedabad bus departure timing was delayed. After that driver take so many short route passenger for some rupees. In passage so many people sleep near to my seat. Seat was not clean.
