The staff is super-friendly and polite, by best experience of a parlour till date is Vikings. No complaints at all

I love the way how they take your preferences into account and provide their own professional opinion. The place is clean, staff is friendly, professional. Everything is 5/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jojo is very sweet.His hospitality is to die for.He will make the customer comfortable.And there is a lady manipuri -fat and short height lady whose horrible .She was literally pulling my hair during hair wash.She literally knew no service.How can they recruit a lady like that whose not even a good helper rather awful
She will only make customers regret going there.Horrible manipuri fat short height lady.Really bad experience .

Entrance - 3/5 ( The staff itself is sitting outside )
Welcoming - 1/5 ( The staff is not at all welcoming or professional )

Hair dresser - 2/5 ( The guy was polite and trying his level best! But he lacked skills and experience )
Interior - 2/5 ( There are houseflies! The walls are extremely disgusting )
Value for money - 1/5
-The staff is not professional at all.
-Some of them are taking phone calls inside the salon.
-They are not well aware of their own packages.
-The hairdresser did a decent job! He took his time and was trying his level best.
-The hair wax is all over my T-shirt but it comes off easily.
-I had to remind the hairdresser about my package that I have booked because the receptionist didn’t inform him anything.
-The head bath water was warm and sometimes cold.
-Some of the switchboards are not working.
(Also please get official dress for the staff)
