The year 2010 witnessed the transformation of the company's management with Shri Pawan Kumar Gupta taking command of the VIKRAM ROLLER FLOUR MILLS operations and delivery as the new Managing Director. Mr. Gupta is a recognized visionary amongst his peers and professional network, especially known for his generous and philanthropic nature. He is a passionate second-generation businessman possessing a rich professional experience of more than three decades in Commodity Market and Trading Business.
Shri Pawan Kumar Gupta transformed the VIKRAM ROLLER FLOUR MILLS plant into a fully automatic setup that requires no human intervention. The entire process right from the beginning, i.e, washing, grinding to the end stage of packaging is automated. Mr. Gupta's philosophy behind this step was to increase the plant's production capacity while boosting the efficiency and reducing wastage. Also, a noble thought behind the automation of the Milling machinery was that the employees and the workers function under much more safer conditions than any other plant.
Recently, Mr. Shubham Gupta, son of Mr. Pawan Kumar Gupta joined the top management crew as the new Marketing Head. Graduated from Australia with a specialization in Marketing, Mr. Shubham drives all the Marketing decisions with his innovative and creative ideas. VIKRAM ROLLER FLOUR MILLS found a new branding spark when Shubham introduced the new packaging designs and brought VIKRAM ROLLER FLOUR MILLS into retail, which earlier was entirely focused on B2B sales.

I have been working here for since 4 months and today I feel I should resign from a company who plays with morals and careers of others.
I have been victimised by the management so many times. I have been part of a death of a labour of VRFMILLS who the company took no responsibility of and I was left alone to be harassed by the cops.
The company has treated me like they own me as I havenβt been provided leaves on the order of director.
The company handed me a letter of appointment on 1 June, 2019 stating that Iβll be getting a salary of 22,000rs but the company asked for a refund of 7,000rs.
The whole situation and treatment of VRFMILLS has pushed me to resign from the post of Assistant Transportation Manager.

No matter how big or small the order is they are ready to listen to your grievances even at the stroke of the midnight, trust me on that. Excellent quality of the products. I right now am a fan of Vikramβs Sooji and Atta. The rates are reasonable and the quality is superb. The atta has a smooth texture to it, isnβt grainy at all and I must say that it is 100% genuine quality. It makes the best chapattis. EATING ONE RIGHT NOW!
