★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is just like of Nalanda University but there is somewhat many type of difference from the Nanda University but it is so good from the Nalanda University and it is the best history to see her and all person who comes to BHAGALPUR. Vikramshila is the world's first University .Here you can see the ruins of rooms,sitting arrangements of students ,halls etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IT is the ancient Place.. washroom is also available here. No canteen is there but you can enjoy the street food. A very nice place to Enjoy. You can do picnic as well.

If you're going to the Vikramshila, go to the university 1st and then go to the museum. While visiting the university, try exploring the unexplored part, although it is open for all visitors but normally visitors don't pay visit to places like, library, meditation caves, water supply system. Road to it and the places are similarly quite amazing and much more interesting. Try going down into the meditation cave just to feel the adrenaline rush :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good for archeology lovers. Well maintained. Here very ancient statue and ornaments. Statue like lord ganesh ,tara and lord buddha. Here many rings ? made by glass and looks very beautiful. Here camra are not allowed ? and no videography. All all statue beside all details printed. I say you must visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A historically very intresting place to visit.Amazing part is knowing how people used to study in ancient India. it also has a museum containing some of the important artifacts unearthed during excavations . The approach road from the highway is not good and also too narrow . Cheap ticket is also an add-on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The valuable remains of vikramshila has already been taken away and placed in big museum, but still the place is awesome.
Must visit place, come and see what the mughals did to us, and think what the place would have been at that time at its peak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice place. Since it is a Archaeological site so, it is always a nice chance to know about the history of the place. A canteen might be started inside so, that people can buy some food. Although 2-3 small shops are present just before the entrance gate.
