Prerna Ma'am is an amaaaaziiiiing yoga teacher,I am her online classes student and had also experienced her offline guidance,she gives equal attention to all her students even in online classes; corrects our postures,tells the benefit of particular Asanas,the necessary precautions so that one gets the most of the classes and always tries to infuse positivity in that 1 hour class everyday. It gives a perfect start to my day.

I started online classes with ma'am one month back, I am must say that it is a beautiful experience all together. She gives attention to everyone even in the online sessions (which in my opinion is a very tough task) & helps us in our yoga journey. Also, meditation sessions are the best with her. Her voice is pleasing for the ears! I would highly recommend you enroll in her classes and see for yourself! ????

One of the best decisions I made was joining yoga classes over here. I have been suffering from lower back pain from last 2 years. It has only been 1 month since I have started going for classes and I have seen a very steep decline in my lower back pain. Prerna ma'am is the perfect example of how yoga teacher should be. She is very positive, encouraging yet cautious. She exactly understood my problem and accordingly dealt with my pain making sure I do only only such yoga poses where my back is comfortable. Along with reduction in back pain, I have also lost few inches. Very happy and positive yoga place! Excellent Online Classes: Even though due to covid, the classes have gone online, Prerna ma'am has still maintained the high quality and equal attention to everyone as she used to in yoga studio.I have been associated with Prerna ma'am for last 3 years, and I can assure you that she has always encouraged and helped me in my yoga journey, either online or offline.

I was a person who had heard a lot about yoga but had never experienced or tried it in life. That's the time when I came across 'Yog Mantra by Prerna'. I met Prerna ma'am, spoke to her and realised that she is a very chill person. She explained to me in brief about the classes. I opted for the morning class and Nitish sir was my teacher. He's too humble and explains each and every asana before we try doing it. He says that doing yoga is not just a physical thing but it also helps you to enhance your mental well being. I suck at remembering the name of the asanas but he's patient enought to tell me the names again and again. During the second wave of the covid I attended the online clases. Even though it was initially difficult for me because I just cannot do online classes, Prerna ma'am made it very easy and interesting. She cracked these small small jokes and I was constantly smiling in her class. She emphasis that smile is one of the most important aspect for a well being of a person which is true too. These folks are amazing in what they do, they are down to Earth and are very approachable too. If you wanna know more about yoga and experience something different I think you should join here and decide for yourself. :)

Excellent experience, Prerna ma'am is very humble, patient and very sweet teacher. The energy, the aura she brings while teaching us yoga is commandable. Would highly recommend her if someone's looking for yoga instructor.

From a long time I was planning to learn yoga and incorporate it my routine. So I joined this class a year and a half ago.Since then I have experienced positive changes in my body, both physically and mentally. And that is primarily because of what I learnt from these classes. So, it not only yoga but regularity, staying motivated and discipline that I have learnt from Prerna mam ?. I had joined the offline classes first. And the transition to online classes was very smooth. Coming to the practices, the classes are very nicely structured for a day as well as for the week. Mam takes the classes regularly and also encourages everyone to be regular. She once took class while she was travelling in train so one can imagine her level of dedication. While doing practices we are informed about its benefits. In addition to it, mam also shares the the eating habits we should include in our routine for maximum benefit. Moreover, the fees is also very reasonable. If anyone is planning to include yoga in their lifestyle, I would highly recommend to join yoga mantra classes.?

The key to a healthy life is a healthy mind. - Richard Davidson I have vivid memories of last year when on 11 May 2020 I joined the yoga classes by Prerna Mam hoping desperately to get rid off my anxiety, fear, depression and negativity. Those were the initial months of countrywide lock down. Friends were leaving and family residing too far from Delhi, my stress level and isolation was at its peak. I had only read about the myriad benefits of yoga without practically doing it. I joined the classes hoping for some miracle to happen and can confidently say that after diligently following the classes that miracles do happen. I have been able to solve most of my mental health issues and feel that it was a smart decision taken by me back then. Prerna Mam is a very energetic and passionate teacher. For the past 1 year I have just followed her online class and not met her in person. But she has taught me every practice effectively. I am amazed at the way she points out to the smallest of our body movement and rectifies them. Enthusiastic Teachers like Prerna Mam make the class a blessing for all of us. Online Yoga classes are a boon for all of us in today's times when stepping outside is prohibited and staying inside room makes us claustrophobic. We must focus on our mental health the way we care about our physical health. Fortunately we have Yoga Teachers like Prerna Mam who with her experience , hard work and perseverance help us sail through these difficult times. Thank you so much Mam.
