★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys , its my humble request to all of u plz don't admit to this hospital. I was there full day n full night ,
I was suffering fever n headache, my body was shaking i called nurse but she was sleeping inside the room where there is no any patient, n the main doctor was he didn't came to see me once. He was sleeping so peacefully.
In simple word , irresponsible doctors,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Ruthmani is fine and good.... but one who sits in reception she don't have minimum common sense..how to treat a patient and attenders..we had a very bad experience with her.. doctor please tell us where else you sit..we vil come and consult there ONLY........

Firstly,you guys tell that the hospital opens at 10AM and when we get the patient at 10AM,all you guys got to tell is that the doctor hasn't arrived yet. The nurse says that the doctor would come by 1PM. If that's the case the management should have put up a proper time. What if there's an emergency and who will treat the patient? I ask the management to kindly see forth to this. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst staffs, A humble request to Dr. Ruth Mani to teach your staffs to treat the patient in good manner. Mam I know your clinic from last ten years but today it was a very bad experience from your staffs, I didn't expect this kind of service. I think your staffs have come to serve you (pays) not the patient. They are spoiling your name Mam. When the doctors not able to treat the patient who is suffering from cold & fever and when you'll are so much scared about covid 19 then why you people coming to the hospital, it's all about money right? I had viral fever & cold it infected my kids also. I have done covid test like swab test & Antigen also and my result was negative before 10 days. Today by 12 am - 1:00 am I found my kids difficulty in breathing so I took them to Vinay nursing home but the sisters in the clinic didn't allow us into the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience, I went for vomiting and diarrhea for my kid, the duty doctor present at the time of visit is not at all worth for doctor. Doesn't even heared our complaint regarding my kid health. Simply talking in loader noise very wost behaviour. Looks like typical uneducated person. He is again starting the medicine course from the begining. Last 5 days my kid had vomiting and diarrhea complaint. Followed doctor prescribed medicine. Not settling even after 5 days so we asked for admission and request for IV line medicine. But that duty doctor prescribed some blood tests and said to come with reports, already 5 days gone. But he has again started new course of medicine which we already followed. Better to avoid this hospital. Unhigenic and worst hospital.i am really worried how the government allowed this kind of hospital without any standard protocol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, Staffs doesn't know what is manners and how to talk with respect to patients. They treat as animals. And really the place is also maintained so untidy, Unhygienic.. The duty doctor doesn't have patience to hear to the patients complain she raise her voice with patients...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medical Director is good but the other staffs and duty doctor has lot of attitude here. They should understand that they are in service industry first. Need to improve a lot in managing the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not worthy to be called a hospital. Well we cannot expect anything from a structure built in such a location. It was an emergency, struggling with pain. When we reached, the receptionist was soo rude. The person sitting as the doctor who is not worthy to be called so was literally shouting on the patient who was crying in pain. The sulabh sauchalays are way better than the toilet for patients here. The building gives such creepy looks. If you really love yourself or your family member do not go here and stop people from going there. I really suggest Sundar hospital or KC Raju hospitals which are close to it. Very caring and responsible staff. This hospital must really be closed by the government!!
