★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is located at Rathtala, on N.S.C. Bose Road. This is 5 storied building with huge area. Well decorated with 5 attached rooms also are there. But only problem, there is no lift facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually don't give negative reviews but I had a very nasty experience with this place in one of our family's wedding receptions. It's been about 1.5 years but the horrible experience came live to my memory as I saw this place on Google maps while browsing for something else.
If you are paying the best rate in the Tollygunge-Garia area for a function, you should think more than twice before considering this place.
During our party, the AC wasn't kept running as promised even after complete payments were made a week in advance as they asked for. It was hot and the AC took time to bring the temperature down. Furthermore, mid-way through the function, the wash basins were choked and the water started overflowing in the dining area and it wasn't a pleasant experience for the guests and for us being the hosts. The management or the caretakers weren't apologetic about any of it.
Bottom line: It's being handled my money-minded schmucks.

Be very sure to understand every aspect like parking availability timing,amenities provided, hours of booking prior to paying in advance. Be double sure to keep every information in writing and ask the house owner to sign and stamp on top of the agreement.
If in doubt, take opinion from local people you would get clearer picture.
