You can get all Hettich products over here but once you pay cash to him then you have to regret for that, before placing an order he use to convince you but after paying the advance amount this guy won't even pick your call. Then he says he said busy, sick and many stories. Better stay somewhere near to this place and place order and make sure its packed and dispatched. Also he never ever respect amy senior citizens. Behave very rude to senior citizens. I have observed this directly while he speak in a insulting manner to 3 such people who came over there and try to make them fools. Very bad behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From beginning i will tell you my journey and everyone having humble conscience will agree why i have rated it one star and if google would have enabled then i would choose zero star.. my house construction was going way back in last year in delhi ncr. For hardware i visited this shop that was my biggest mistake.i purchased complete hardware but once the billing was done then the seller started taking you turn on many aspects at the purchasing time there was consensus reached that anything that would be spared it will be returned. he gave me channels of hoffler brand and said me they are the best channel when my carpenter installed them many of them failed as they have very poor quality because of installation there packaging was removed i made a call to owner sh rajat ji that we are facing this problem and we are having qualitatively issue with these channels he started laying excuses that i dont have time to change all the stuffs this is not my job etc etc now second aspect started in handle size my carpenter has wrote down different sizes of handles most of them were wrongly supplied when i send them way back from sonipat to him he started arguing in shop that the sized were correct but my carpenter send photos using scale and measuring that the sizes were totally wrong. then mr rajat little bit agreed as i have no choices for refund window due to his stubborn attitude i agreed to his promise that in 5 days he will send me the correct sizes.It took completely 42 days when i got that size inspite of many calls to him which were mostly unanswerable by him.. i was at dilemma if i uses harsh word he will digest my hard money so i used politeness as mid course this is how i after paying my money to him waited for 45 days as a mute spectator and he was just like boss no answers to call etc.
in my whole journey of construction i have never seen such a downscale attitude of any shopkeeper as was with this shop.i will never recommend this shop to anyone ..
