★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unmannered Uncivilused staff ruining a good doctors effort, watching movies in corridor, listening loud music in ICCU, lazy and rude nurses and pathetic medical store.
Dr. Vinay should do something about it, its a serious issue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best doctor but Worst staff - 5 stars for the doctor only , the others don't deserve any. I advise everyone to complain to the doctor directly for any complaints. He needs to be aware. The staff is ruining his good and hard work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unproffessionalism ,irresponsibilty,lack of management in faculty as well in staff n its management too! No doubt its expensive hospital but they dont give such quality services rather i would say offer good services!!!!Its not worth spending here for your loved ones definitely they deserve better than thisservices!!!!! Big no for this hospital its only Money game here!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hospital in Azamgarh. On Nov 16th 2020 at night around 10 or 11pm , it was an emergency case of my grandpa. My Grandpa was not getting clear breath, it was an heartattack. When we reached hospital, doctor said he is a Covid patient take him and out from here. He didn't check anything just said covid infected and left. My Grandpa didn't have any covid symptoms; he was very healthy, no sneezing, no cough, no breathing issue etc. So we requested doctor to check and treat him but no-one heard us. It was a public holiday on 16th Nov so district hospital was closed. So we admitted him near to our local doctor. He gave him oxygen on ventilator. And on Nov 17th, we took him for physical check-up. His report said Liver, Pancreas and Kidney are not working in proper way; report came at 12pm on Nov 17th. We took him from our local doctor to RAMA HOSPITAL. Rama said wait for your number, we said please start his treatment as fast as possible he said wait here. Our number (appointment) came at 3pm so we went to brought him(Grandpa) but my Grandpa was taking last breath and he died ? before the treatment. Doctor said I'm sorry, patient brought dead??.
We lost someone very personally. Nobody wants to kill anyone, even doctors are here to save us but in an emergency case none of them heard us.
If Vinayak hospital had admitted my grandpa on Nov 16th, my Grandpa would have saved today.
I wish, doctor and the person who killed my Grandpa will get a lesson someday. God is watching us You can't hide. You will be treated same as you treated others. God is watching us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go there only one time for some chek-up. Hospital is good , neat and clean, staff behaviour is also good, you can take your chek -up report immediately like x-ray, Ech, Echo... One thing is bad their charges are do much costly, they take more than other private hospitals.
