★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a single building project under construction at Bandhaghat location just 1 to 2 km from Howrah. The salesperson informed that the same will have all modern facilities. Its a four year project as informed and possession will start thereafter as informed. I don't know why they will take so long time for single building project. Price is significantly higher than average price at that location and superbuilt is also at higher side. Further as informed entire GST will be charged and there will not be any rebate on the same. As per salesperson GST Input benefit already considered in pricing. Mixed view on the project. Let see how it's come up.
