★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst travels .. AC sleeper but AC wont work and they don't have any mechanics available not sure since how long they are maintaining bus like this ..better avoid this travels guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Group of 65 Yoga devotees from Sri Bhagavad Yoga from Madurai to Srisailam, We booked bus from Ongole to Srisailam,,it was great experience with Vinayàga Travels with 2 nice and braveful drivers (Samy anna and one beard good person Suresh Anna),we really appreciate and thanks to them, because we missed our train, we are 3 hours late, they dropped us in Guntakal, only one minute difference We catched our train in Guntakal, nice experience with good persons....I won't forget this Yatra experience, I'm recommending all the peoples have good journey with Vinayàga Travels....my special thanks to Ashok Anna...who is in charge..????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, I had very bad experience with VV Vinayaka Travels. I booked ticket from Tirupati to Bangalore .
There was no proper pick up details mentioned in the sms, some how final I got to know that the VV Vinayaka Travels Bus will stop at Sai Easwar Travels, but the shop person was very rude behaved and said "that bus will come at 3:30AM or 4:30AM" I asked, "but at the time of booking it was showing 1:30 Am and shop person replied to me" don't ask me anything we don't know about V V Vinayaka travels we are just pick up point", later I asked "is there toilets or rest room" then he replied "we don't have, go to RTC bus stand". I was traveling with my wife, It was horrible experience for me.
I booked ticket by see from red bus site, it was showing it will be departed from Tirupati at 1:30AM but till 4AM there was no update regarding the bus, finally bus came to pick up point at 4:15AM.
I tryed to call all the contact numbers given in sms and in website but no one was answering the calls.
I think they are playing with peoples beliefs and hopes.
My this review should at least helps some other innocent people by avoiding this travels.
Please don't and travel from VV Vinayaka travels. We should teach these kind of cheeters and show the power of customers. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bus travel experience which I felt. I booked a from ongole to hyderabad. It was stopped 3hrs near ongole due to bus condition, after reparing it became non AC bus actually it was ac bus. While talking bus driver, satff were answered rude way. finally we reached hyderabd at 7.00 Am. Again bus stopped at lb nagar due to breakdown. Management didn't concern about passagers. They didn't thought of alternative bus.Everything was worst staff,bus maintenance,time maintenance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am happy to give my review...I planned my journey in the last moment all travels were sold out...there was only one berth(in 2+1 sleeper) available in Vinayaka that too beside a gent..App was not allowing me to book due to gender difference...as I had no other option so I selected berth as male and prepared myself to travel like that...at the time of boarding the attendant said that he can't allow me to travel but he himself convinced a lady who was sleeping in another berth to exchange her berth... so sweet of him...who cares these things even with out asking... they don't need to care about it they got their money and I was also prepared to travel like that..still he did...thanks to him and Vinayaka travels...
