Clear markings and descriptions of flats
Gate.area is secured with guards doing duty of not allowing unauthorized entry
Upscale place, a nice address to have.
Overlooking Rohini sports complex, an urge for residents to stay fit and have frolic.
On the whole, good place to visit and finding addresses are easier than most other societies

The place have good environment also the people are nice to talk to . The market is very much near. also the metro station is just 5 min walking distance which is very nice if anyone wants to live in this area . The area is safe for girls as I have seen . Local shops are near like medical store general store. Main market is around 5-10 min distance . One of the good area in Delhi
