★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I tell you all I am an Automobile Engineer and in Automobile Segment I am Serving from Last 10 years so sharing my experience with Vinod Honda.
I am very Dissatisfied with Vinod Honda Sales and Service , if possible I would give them in Minus Rate.

Very Bad Showroom, In Sale's Department All staffs have very Bad behaviour,they pretend like very busy... Not providing test drive of any vehicle even not show perticular model ,no pdi available in Showroom.. they never tell you any hidden charges or not respond even when you ask them .. Sale's person manipulate while buying. In Surat city I have seen first honda showroom which have very Bad staff.
They provide Rs.200 helmet with 1 Lac Bike

?In Service Department .
Service is not good .
Sunday is off for the Service department. You have to specially take leave from your work from Monday to Saturday to put your vehicle in Vinod Honda service.
Service Advisor will tell you bring your Vehicle in early morning time and you will not get your vehicle ready still after evening ..
Washing is very bad.they use very Bad cloth to clean your vehicle .not cleaning vehicle properly. Service department have not trained staff if your bike/ vehicle get serious issue i am Sure that Vinod Honda Service center Can't Solve it..
As Mentioned above I have worked in both Sales and Service Segment in Automobile Segment for Last 10 years. I never Behave in my whole career like Vinod Honda Staff and even not seen any negative Service like Vinod Honda .
I think Honda is Getting More profit by Vinod Honda so Honda team is not taking action for them.
If you love Honda Vehicle and planning to buy Honda Vehicle I warn you don't go to Vinod Honda Showroom for any Single Visit..rather go Any other Honda Showroom in Surat. Again n Again I warn you never go to Vinod Honda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bluff services. Customers misguided by giving false instructions. No mention regarding GST while giving discounts. Absolutely unsatisfactory. Please confirm everything regarding discounts as nothing will come in the bill. You will be overbilled instead of discounts. Please beaware as they cheat on the name of AMC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly dissatisfied from service, what they're doing in service god knows, not even proper washing, not even check that one of side light gets off, overall not good at all. Please improve your service or frankly say we won't give you basic service also at any cost. Thanks for waisting my time, locals do much better service than such brand service expecting at some point of view.

I have had a great experience while claiming the insurance for my activa the executive name Satish and Shantilal were very supportive, kind and calm throughout !!
Not only the new sales but they value their customers by every means in the afterwards upcoming.
I am definitely considering Vinod Honda for all my future automobile needs and would surely recommend to my friends and family members.
Thank you team Vinod Honda you guys are amazingly awesome.
