★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never Ever book a bus with them. They will overcrowd it. Promise you something else and deliver different and you will reach your destination way more late than you were supposed to be...

An angry passenger, whose destination is 30 minutes away, bus is already 1:45 hours late and whose driver chose to refill petrol in between the journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. I was traveling first time, departure time was 10 PM and bus arrives at 12:40 AM. All passengers were having trouble and no one was bother to provide any facility to passengers. Sleeper class bus does have sitting seats which is stand still like 3rd class roadways. Bus driver was driving a sleeper class A/C bus as typical roadways bus.
I would not recommend to use this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRAUD!! FRAUD!! FRAUD!! DON'T TRAVEL WITH THEM.
They are biggest fraudsters. I have booked online ticket through Red Bus from Delhi to Mansa(Punjab) . On entering Punjab, They diverted the bus off route without informing me. They dropped me off somewhere in some village near Talwandi Sabho at 11:30 pm at night that is nearly 45 KM from Mansa. Their behavior is very rude. They said As I were the single passenger to Mansa and they will not go Mansa for 1 passenger. I resisted against this and then they Threw my bags out of the bus in the middle of Night. It was a horrible experience. I request you guys to not travel with them and instead travel via Train.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I likes the amenities inside the bus. The seats are comfortable, seats have curtains onnboth sides to keep you in private mode, AC cooling was excellent. The only thing missing is good sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff waa cooperative. Bus was producing continues little sound. Bus could be maintained better. Interior of the bus was clean. No smell in bus. Bus was 30 min late to start with.

2. They hate booking from Red bus
And he ready for some shockers like
Change of seat, Price variation, luggage charges (no rules on luggage)
3. No waiting area - Reach slightly before time
4. Sometimes it's late at pick up point
5. Don't expect any treatment from the bus staff regarding water bottle or linen
6. Driver is the guy at whose mercy you travel - He might
Halt anywhere
Bypass any area - Depending on passenger
Drop ahead or short of Dropping point
7. Well the buses are ok
But we also demand many things from the bus service provider at very less rates
8. The agency mgt if takes interest can improve a lot
